Chapin XP 7.6 ltr ProSeries Viton Seal Sprayer
The Chapin ProSeries Poly Sprayer is ideal for driveway and patio use. With the inclusion of Viton seals & gaskets it can easily be used to apply high quality sealers.
If using with our acrylic solvent-based sealers then Smartseal Tools Cleaning Fluid must be used afterwards to clean the unit and nozzles.
This poly pump sprayer features:
- 7.6ltr translucent poly tank with 4-inch-wide mouth opening for easy filling and cleaning.
- Cushion grip shut-off, poly wand and adjustable brass, poly-fan and poly-cone nozzles.
- Shutoff matches most backpack shutoff assemblies.
Q: I've just used a standard sprayer with the smartseal The jets seemed to get clogged up and not very effective The unit your selling seems very expensive BUT will it solve my problem and will I need to flush it out after using it?
A: The tools cleaning fluid will prevent the sealer hardening in the jets and hose betwween coats and after use. If any sprayer is used without flushing through with the tools cleaning fluid the same problems of the jets getting blocked will reoccur.
Q: Can I use this sprayer with the ant-slip material added?
A: You cannot use the spayer with the anti-slip additive as it will block up the filter and prevent it from dispersing the sealer
Q: Would it be safe to use the sprayer with your Drive Clean Xtreme before going on to use it with the Block Paving sealer? If so, how is the sprayer best cleaned before filling with sealer? Thanks in advance.
A: It is best to be cleaned with our 'Tool cleaning fluid' before and after using the solvent based acrylic sealer. Hope that helps.

Great product, the sealer sprayer worked well!
Although the sprayer did the job satisfacttory I gave it 3 stars there was no carry strap also the hose connection to the main body is very awkward to fit. The suction tube easily falls out . I have seen a similar product with viton seals & carrying strap same size for half the price . Wouldn't purchase this again. Sorry
